What happens after I join?
We will ship you out a Rustic Tart Bar & FREE Farmhouse Tote Bag + email you the FREE ebook right away! Please allow between 3-7 days for delivery of physical products. You will get billed $9.99 every 30 days after your 15 Day Free Trial for the Monthly Rustic Tart Bar. You may cancel anytime before 15 Days & you will not get billed or have anymore Tart Bars hand made for you. But if you love your tarts, simply do nothing and we will make you a New Rustic Tart Bar and mail it to you each month.
What is the Shipping & Billing Schedule?
We make 1 Candle Batch per month and ship it out on or around the 1st of every month. (Depending upon Holidays). You may get billed before or after each shipment depending upon which day you joined. Everyone is on their own 30 Day billing cycle but the shipment schedule does not change.
What flavor Scents do we normally Make?
By Popular Demand we have stuck with the Cookies, Cakes and Pies theme. Some of our common Seasonal Candle Fragrances include but are not limited to: Cotton Candy Blizzard, Carrot Cake, Key Lime Pie, Blueberry Cobbler, Peaches & Cream, Apple Pie, Pumpkin Spice & Christmas Cookies.
What if I get a Scent that I don't like?
Simply email us within 15 days of delivery at Support@RusticTerritory.com and let us know! We will give you a pre-paid return label and once you mail it back UN-USED we will issue you a refund for that month.
What if my Tart arrives Damaged or Melted in the Mail?
Simply email us within 15 days of delivery at Support@RusticTerritory.com and let us know & we will ship you another one right away. We also now use Ice Packs in all our Candle Shipments during Summer months to prevent melting.
What if I want to Cancel?
Simply email us at Support@RusticTerritory.com for details. We will either show you how to cancel yourself inside the 24/7 Customer Portal or do it for you. You can also use the Customer Portal to update any payment methods or shipping addresses as needed.
